Once a permit is obtained by the contractor, it is time for construction to begin! Murphy Architecture will be there every step of the way to answer any client or contractor questions, provide revised drawings as needed, and ensure the project is being constructed exactly as designed.

Upon approval of the schematic design package we will develop the entire construction documentation set that the contractor will use to obtain permits and perform the construction work. This set will include, plans, sections, elevations, code review, and all the large scale details required for the project.

This phase is where we bring your dreams to life! In this phase we will develop and share the proposed floor plans and exterior designs based on the optimal design to meet your project goals. From your feedback, we will revise the design until you are completely satisfied. 

After you're onboarded, the fun begins! The first step for all projects the require additions and renovations to existing structures is to measure every aspect of the structure and produce a set of "as-built" drawings to analyze.

First, we'll hop on a free discovery call together to discuss your project and how we can help. We will discuss the feasibility of your project goals in regards to building codes, local zoning codes, constructability, budget, etc. From the information gathered we will send a full proposal of costs and services to review
