About the Project:

This brand new single family residence was designed for a developer to subdivide a property and construct a new residence. This 4 bed, 3.5 bath home features a grand master suite, finished walk-out basement, 3 car garage and 3,000 + square feet of living space. A lot of careful and strategic design was done in order to propose the largest home allowed on the site while still conforming to several zoning restrictions.
