About the Project:

On top of a dramatic kitchen transformation, this project contained multiple additions to the rear and the second floor of the existing home. Previously, the kitchen was small and dark, the 2nd floor was on 3 different levels, and an in-law suite could only be accessed by going through the garage. Now, the kitchen is larger and a full wall of windows allows for an abundance of light in the home. The uniform 2nd floor now has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedroom suites, a full laundry room, and an open sitting / play area open to the adjacent staircase. The project also included a new front porch and redesign of the exterior facade.
